以下這些東西被海關查到後，壹定會被沒收：
◆ Illegal drugs
非法毒品藥品這壹條裏面包含中草藥，中草藥是不能帶的(特別是塊根類的，海關會認為妳要帶來英國種植，這個屬於外來物種入侵，是不允許的)。如果是必須服用的藥品，必須要有完整的包裝，中英文對照註釋，醫生的處方單也要附上中英文。
曾經有新聞報道過壹男子攜帶大量甘草片被美國海關遣返，並且5年內禁止入境。

◆ Endangered animal and plant species 瀕危動物和植物
◆ Rough diamonds 未經打磨的原鉆
◆ Indecent and obscene materials 不雅及淫褻物品.
◆Personal imports of meat and dairy products from most non-EU countries
大部分從歐盟以外國家帶來的肉類以及奶制品
◆ Stun gun 電擊槍
◆ Imitation, Pirated, patent infringement goods 仿制品，盜版，專利侵權商品
