After preliminary examination of this utility model in accordance with the Patent Law of the People’s Republic of China, this department has decided to grant a patent and issue a certificate to the design, and register the same in the patent rolls. The patent rights shall commence from the date of notice of authorization.
本專利的專利期限是十年，自申請日起算。專利權人應當按照專利法及其實施細則規定繳納年費。繳納本專利年費的期限是每年3月27日前的壹個月內。未按照規定繳納年費的，專利權自應當繳納年費期滿之日起終止。
The duration of protection for this patent is ten years from the date of patent application. The patent holder shall remit annual fees in compliance with the stipulated implementing regulations of the patent laws. The patent annuity shall be submitted within 30 days before 27th of March every year. Failure to do so shall result in the termination of the patent rights after the expiry of the payment period.
專利證書記載專利權登記時的法律狀況。專利權的轉移、質押、無效、終止、恢復和專利權人的姓名或名稱、國籍、地址變更等事項記載在專利登記簿上。
The circumstances of law on the letter of patent at the time of registration, the transfer, mortgage, invalidation, cessation, resumption and the changes of the patent holder’s name, nationality and address, etc. shall be recorded in the patent rolls.
