With the increasing demanding of mobile communication, people pay more attention to the research of mobile communication technologies. It is widely accepted that the combination of mobile communication technologies and IP technologies is the development direction of future communication technologies, in which, Mobile IP technology if one of the most important one. ITEF described the latest version of Mobile IPv4 and Mobile IPv6 in RFC3344 and RCF3775 respectively. These two technology standard provide a solution to the Mobile IP in pure IPv4 and IPv6 networks. However, these two protocols only support homogeneous networking mobile communication, and do no support heterogeneous networking mobile communication. Therefore, in the near future, the global network will be an IPv4 and IPv6 co-existing hybrid network. Thus, a solution for an Ipv4/v6 hybrid network is needed. Some foreign mobile device manufactures has noticed how to keep the continuity among heterogeneous. For example, the State Intellectual Property Office of People's republic of China published a patent about heterogeneous networking mobile communication which is held by Huawei. Heterogeneous networking mobile communication problem includes at least four circumstances, and Huawei's patent only is suitable for one of them. Intel has proposed their own mobile IPv4/6 communication solutions, but they only solved a tiny part of the IPv4/v6 problems.
